Speaker: Jim Christianson We all come to Jesus with an agenda—our plans, our dreams, our will. But sooner or later, God’s will collides with ours. The question is: will we cling tighter to our will, or open our hands and pray, “God, I want what You want more than what I want”? CCLI License No: 2815950 CCLI Streaming: 20419098

Discovering who we truly are can feel overwhelming—especially when we’re forced to confront the messy, hidden parts of ourselves. But that journey of self-discovery takes a powerful turn when we realize we’re already deeply and unconditionally loved. Too often, we say “God loves us” without really grasping the depth of what that means. In this message, we’ll pause and reflect on that truth: what does it look like to actually embrace God’s love, not just with our words, but in our identity? And if we did, how would it change how we see ourselves and live our lives?
We’ve all heard the phrase, “God is all I need.” But is that the whole story? While God is central to our identity, Jesus modeled something deeply relational—He didn’t change the world through force or isolation, but through companionship and community. This message explores how our identity isn’t just about “me,” but also about “you.” What if we truly need each other to become who we’re meant to be? What if others need the best version of us just as much as we need the best from them? Join us as we dig into the power of relational identity and the sacred role of community in our spiritual journey.
The Bob Larrabee Memorial Golf Tournament will be held at Latah Creek Golf Course in Spokane. This special event honors Bob’s memory while bringing our community together in fellowship and support. Proceeds will benefit FoundationOne, helping to further its mission and impact. We encourage our church family to keep this event in prayer—for the participants, the organizers, and for the continued good work FoundationOne is doing.
We love the idea of a Savior and a Father, but sometimes the idea of having a King... it just rubs us the wrong way. Someone ruling over us? Belonging to someone else? In our culture, there is no higher authority than the individual self. But is that actually who Jesus made us to be?

Fundamentalism is the root of many Christian traditions, but in an effort to align ourselves with We are actually called to be holy—set aside, special, unique. But what does that look like as a Seventh-day Adventist? Hint: it might not be our belief system, and it might not be about pointing fingers. By judging the judgmental, you become one of them.
