Our annual Rafting Trip returns, offering a new round of adventure. We will provide rides/carpool to and from the Summit parking lot if needed, or you can meet us at the start zone. All gear including wetsuits is provided by Peak 7 Adventures, and we've always survived quite well through a variety of weather conditions. Jesus the God - We understand God is God, but Jesus is God, too. Too often we view Jesus in light of how we view the OT God. Maybe it's time we view the OT God in light of how we understand Jesus. But then that is confusing, isn't it? As loving as Jesus is ... we still believe the accusations that the devil makes about God. Let's take another look at the Character of God, through Jesus, and hopefully it will help us strengthen our faith in Jesus the God ... and God the God.
Last Words are important. We pay attention to last words. We try to fulfill the last words and wishes of family members. But what about with God? What were Jesus' last words to his disciples? Are they relevant to us? What can we learn about God from Jesus' last words? That's our journey for this week. Join us.
